This is how we turn a problem into an individual solution
For years, we at Caramba have been providing a large and constantly expanding range of cleaning agents that are successfully used in industry and commerce, but also in the private motor vehicle and household sectors. Nevertheless, there are always problems that require a completely new and tailor-made solution. For such cases there is Caramba contract manufacturing. Since the 1960s, we have been constantly developing new formulations in our laboratories and always remain in close contact with our customers. Read below about the steps we take together to turn a specific problem into an innovative solution.
5 steps toward the individual recipe:
1 From the problem to the idea
Unlike series products for common problems, the contract manufacturing is about creating a special product for a very specific problem. You as the customer know the problem best and describe it to us in as much detail as possible. Often, contamination samples or a visit by one of our experts to your site are also essential in order to be able to outline the problem exactly. Only when we know exactly what the new product must be able to do, do we start actual contract development.
2 The Innovation Forum
The Innovation Forum is our internal tool for assessing feasibility and effort. Here we discuss how and by which means a problem is to be tackled and which steps are necessary for the development. Contract manufacturing only comes about if we are really convinced that the end product solves the problem.
3 Development
Only after the conscientious analysis of feasibility does the actual development of a new product follow, the contract synthesis. Our laboratory team uses its experience and expertise to analyse physical and chemical properties of the contamination and find appropriate cleaning agents that are effective. In parallel, our product management team works on a completion plan so that you, the customer, can also estimate when the product will be ready for use.
4 The test trials
After a certain amount of time, our laboratory team has then created a trial product with which we first test in the laboratory whether the problem can be solved. Then the trial product is shipped to you and you receive a concrete product of your contract manufacturing for the first time.
5 The new recipe
As soon as you are satisfied with the cleaning performance of contract production, the fixing of the recipe and the attachment of the prescribed data sheets to the new product follows. The brand-new cleaner can then be filled and packaged without delay and will be delivered to the specific site of use, depending on the order. This way you have the problem under control and know how to get to grips with the dirt in your company.
