Order and customs processing
Thanks to state-of-the-art barcode-controlled storage location management, we can control each product precisely in order to deliver on schedule.
By way of lean order processing, we communicate shipping information according to your specifications, for example, personally by telephone, e-mail, EDI or even web portal. Irrespective of transport by sea, land or air, we also take care of your customs clearance – in Germany, Europe and worldwide. This also includes the preparation of country-specific consignment notes or transport documents for dangerous goods in land and sea transport.
In order to be able to ensure delivery at short notice at all times, we are also happy to take over the warehousing of your products – even if they are hazardous goods. Because we are equipped to store them under safe conditions.
Just in time
An optimal delivery should be made to the right place, in the desired quantity and just in time. Caramba will gladly ensure this for you.
Positioning and sales promotion
Over 45,000 pallets with a gross weight of around 20,000 tonnes leave our distribution warehouse every year. Not all goods fit on standard pallets. Therefore, if necessary, we facilitate delivery using special pallets, IBCs, skeleton containers or tank trucks. Alternatively, we are also happy to incorporate your own transport and storage system.
We always pick your pallets and displays according to your needs. In addition, we attach great importance to complying with all legal regulations when loading – from the relevant transport and hazardous goods regulations for trucks to the regulations for sea containers. This ensures that your products reach their destination safely and on time.
