Process optimisation in your car wash station: a decisive plus
In addition to the strong product solutions, which are also evident in our three new system lines, our process solutions also set us apart. We take a holistic view of your car wash to achieve the greatest possible efficiency.
Fine-tuning the mechanical car wash – get to know how
According to the “Sinner’s circle” of the surfactant chemist Herbert Sinner, chemistry, mechanics, temperature and time are the basic parameters for every cleaning process. The special “washing plant” scenario needs water as additional parameter, since it is qualitatively essential for this specific process. “Sinner’s circle” is illustrated by a circle diagram in which the sum of the factors always remains the same if successful washing results are to be achieved. The simple formula is this: if there is a lack in one place, at least one other factor must be expanded accordingly. Imagine you are washing your hands, but you only have cold water available (temperature). Your hands will only get clean if you either wash longer (time), scrub harder with a brush (mechanical) or use a little more soap (chemical) to compensate. An efficient, high-quality car wash needs
- good water quality,
- a functional, supporting mechanical system with high pressure, cleaning rollers and sponges,
- a high enough temperature and wash time, and of course
- first class chemical agents to clean effectively.
However, the latter can also ensure that the other factors balance out, for example when working with recycled water or when the wash cycle needs to be particularly fast. Caramba will be happy to look at all the parameters on your premises in order to find and implement an optimum process solution – taking your requirements and preferences into account.
