Corrosion protection can also be good-looking
Unlike its sister product, zinc spray matt grey, our zinc spray aluminium-light is especially suitable for those spots where no more paint is to be applied after the treatment and where the colour nuances of corrosion protection play a certain role. It is true that our zinc spray against rust can be painted over without any problems, but thanks to its special colour it is also ideal as final coating for galvanised surfaces such as forged parts, fencing, crash barriers or heating and ventilation ducts. If our zinc spray is to be used as a primer and painted over, this is of course also possible without any problems. This product’s resistance to heat and weather make Caramba zinc spray aluminium-light a perfect corrosion protection that should not be missed in any workshop.
Tips on how to use zinc spray aluminium-light
At first, shake the aerosol can containing the zinc spray well until you can clearly hear the mixing balls clash. The substrate to be treated must be professionally prepared, i.e. clean and dry. Then, spray the product uniformly by a crosswise motion from a distance of 20 to 30 cm. The zinc spray aluminium-light dries quickly and is touch-proof already after 20 to 25 minutes. However, you should allow at least 24 hours for complete drying before painting over. Please follow the safety instructions on the packaging label and safety data sheet.
