1. Pre-wash with lukewarm water.
2. Clean and disinfect with a solution containing a product concentration of 0.5% (50 g product in 10 litres water) and 40°C to 70°C hot water if possible. Allow the product solution to react for 10 minutes.
Rinse food-contacting surfaces and equipment thoroughly with drinking water after a disinfecting cleaning.
